It's so damned expensive where I live but I love it.
I sometimes luck out and find a leg on sale. Don't have the finances for other cuts.
I work in a gourmet restaurant and all the other chefs/cooks there think lamb is boring and it sucks. I don't know what their damn problem is with it.

I usually stab some holes in it and crap garlic and rosemary in them. Then just roast it in the oven like that. Collect the drippings for gravy obviously.
I'm not much of a mint guy myself, but it is kind of traditional and I don't mind including a little.
