>Any Cheesecake Factory recommendations? Pic related is the kind of food normally like (curry rice with pork floss)

The whole menu is good. They worked hard at that.

I love the thai lettuce wraps (appetizer menu item I order as a main), which has 3 delicious dipping sauces, peanut satay, tamarind cashew and something sweet chili.

Giant artichoke is awesome to split.

Santa Fe salad w/extra peanut dressing or chinese salad

Good value: Renee's special is sandwich, salad, AND soup of the day. Tuesday is the delicious tortilla soup day :P Gobble down all that free bread with it.

Umm, I wouldn't get any rice and stir fry dishes really there. They're pretty standard recipes that will be good, but great, ehh, not fancy. But bang bang chicken shrimp has been on their menu since beginning. Look for "their specialties menu" page to see what really sells the most.

Best dessert is the seasonal pumpkin cheesecake-pecan pie combo or the godiva chocolate anniversary cheesecake

Everything is good from there. Fact. Don't be overwhelmed, just get what you feel is a treat for your birthday mood.

Cheapest item on the menu is Renee's Special, which is daily soup, baby greens salad, AND choice of sandwich. Value! Use the rest of your monies on cheesecake (pick godiva or your fave) :P

Focus on what is good for takeout. Fries are out, pizza, etc, obviously, cause it'll turn to mush by the time you get home.
For what they do best? I would get one of the amazing tossed salads like Santa Fe or that chinese-chicken one, dressing on the side, and then ADD a 2nd dressing of the peanut dressing on the side. This should keep for a couple of days of snacking. They're huge and hit all the senses, crunchy, sweet, savory, fruity, herbal, etc. Thai lettuce wraps appetizer as dinner, same deal, should be fresh for a couple of meals, and the 3 sauces are great! They try to keep trendy and you'll see the appetizers will be the intriguing curious items, so get 2-3 and jump to dessert.

They're known for their giant globe artichoke appetizer (if you've never had it, they split it in half after steaming, and char grill it with balsamic glaze before the aioli dip step. I love it!
They have reputation for chicken tenders and their chicken littles, and chunky mashed and corn are decent reheatable takeout sides. Brick chicken is 1/2 boneless. All of their steak options would be fine by the time you get home. Though good for dining in, I would avoid the ordinary named chinese and italian items that you can easily get elsewhere. They're all fine, but not unique.
