here you have wider selection of well known leaves. 12$ for 215g and while these are not at all premium 5xA tribute quality, they're well above your middle shelf.
I've bought the smaller, 20pcs set from this seller when I started brewing gongfu and it really helped me in recognising what I like and how should I brew.
btw, whoever put health tea house in one of the older pastebins - thanks friend, that was really helpful. I still buy an odd cake off of them and it ships quite quick.

so, if anyone needs a starter set, that's what I recommend. it lacks white tea but is cheap and straight to the point. should have been in pastebin.
