help me out bros
i'm baking some chicken breasts to be used later in the week
they will be done baking in ~20 minutes
i plan to refrigerate them, but I don't want to put them straight in the fridge from the oven
the kicker: i'm really tired and want to nap
i'd like to let the chicken finish baking and leave it out to cool while i nap
how long can i nap for without risking the chicken going bad?
I.e., how long can I leave recently cooked chicken out without it going bad?
