>Have to flag down a passing waiter to get a seat. Waiter tells you they are busy with other tables and will be back shortly
>Fifteen minutes later, after multiple people have been seated and served, he finally walks over and takes order
This is why black people do not tip. If you call a manager, they try to act surprised, then nothing changes.
