Pic related is pretty good for Asian food. Generally, if you find a sack of rice with moon runes on it, it's going to be chinky rice.

I usually have rice like once or twice a week, and calrose is the best. you can make a lot of things with rice, but my go to is chicken katsu- which is pretty easy to make if you dont mind shallow frying
>put panko breadcrumbs on one plate and flour on another
>start heating up 1/4" of oil on medium-high
>put an egg or two into a bowl and mix the yolk in fully
>make sure the chicken breasts arent more than half an inch thick
>coat/roll the chicken in flour , shake of the excess
>dip it in the egg
>roll it around in the panko breadcrumbs until its covered on all sides
>cook for 5-6 minutes on either side or until brown
>cut it up and put it in a bowl over your rice or leave it whole and put it on a plate you do you senpai
>drizzle over it with katsu sauce
