I used to work at an all-in-one small town grocery store during my high school years back pre-2005. The store would close at 9:00 each night. One night right around 8:55, right as a heavy snowstorm was about to hit. This "speak with your manager" woman came into the store and started loading up a full cart as everything was going to be close tomorrow if the snowstorm did hit us. The cool owner came out from his office and asked her to leave because he was telling us to go home. She obviously threw shit in and wanted to make a big scene. Rick told her to get the fuck out and go bitch to the paper about how he runs the store and how he is concerned with the safety of his employees. The snowstorm did hit the town and left probably at least a foot of snow everywhere. Myself and another employee stayed behind to help Rick restock everything. He went ahead and gave us both $200. The only thing that sucked about that night is I had to drive in snow and almost was in a wreck but hey I got $200.
