>he gets pissed, throws the bill on the table, and walks out

Was the waitress wrong to charge my friend for the appetizer? 20 additional minutes is a long fucking time to wait for your food. I kinda felt bad for her because it obviously wasn't her fault and really it was something the manager should have taken care of. I probably won't eat there again regardless. Would you have done the same, /ck/?
