I forgot what the brown syrup thing is but the way I eat it is I take two of those little dishes they have at the table and put brown syrup in one and the sriracha in another. I'll dip the meat in one or the other. If the place has good broth I wouldn't want to mask or ruin the taste by adding the hot sauce directly into it.
