Chicago dogs have too much shit on them that doesn't belong together. How do people eat theses things?

Regional foods that suck general

Its actually the only famous regional dish I've tried that I thought was terrible. Deep dish is great, NYC pizza is fantastic, Cheesesteaks are awesome, and I love all the different styles of BBQ. I guess its my own fault for thinking that a hotdog could ever be anything more than mediocre.

This food is the first regional favorite I didn't like. I don't know why I expected something good, since hot dogs are never good in the first place, but they found a way to turn a consistently mediocre food in to something pretty gross

Glad the deep dish was fantastic though.

The chicago dog has been the only regional food I've eaten that I absolutely hated. I knew I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up but I atleast expected Chicago to carry on the tradition of other cities of serving a mediocre food like the rest of the country and calling it delicious, but somehow they made it worse.

Deep dish pizza was fantastic though.
