Hi /ck/,

Do you have a resource or handy guide for a newbie to grilling steaks/meats?
I'm not sure if I'm just too pleb or if it's just the way my family makes 'em, but all of the steaks my parents make during gatherings/special occasions are pretty much spicy, smokey leather with a hint of lemon.

I would like to learn how to grill the different kinds of meats like chicken, beef and fish, their ideal texture and doneness, etc.

Your help is much appreciated.
