it's a complete psyop by the (((USDA))). Grains, on paper, aren't even a nutritiously dense food, what little nutrition is in them is because of fortification. Any essential nutrient found in grains can be gotten elsewhere more efficiently.

Plus, many grains are genetically modified to withstand pesticide exposure. So farmers can just carpet spray their entire field killing everything but the wheat itself thus making it easier to harvest. Most conventional grain products have detectable glyphosate levels. If you're going to eat it at the very least eat organic.
