Nothing in this world can be more overrated than a "good steak" not even the fanciest of stinking cheeses.

I felt like getting a steak a couple hours ago, but Publix, which has a surprisingly good meat counter, was already closed, so I had to go to Target. I was so disappointed with their cuts, that I ended up getting a top roast and cutting it in half.

I have been experimenting with different ways of cooking a steak lately, and tonight I tried cutting slices in the surface of the meat, and putting a bit of mozzerella rubbed in herbs into the slices, then frying the meat. It ended up being delicious, but I am curious to hear your steak recipes!
