you've probably never had good fish then. It's easy as fuck to prepare and be delicious if it's like 2 hrs out of the ocean fresh. A fish fillet cooks in like 4 minutes, if you aren't retarded it's about the easiest meat to prepare properly.

Most fish just takes on whatever seasoning you put on it as the primary flavor. Lemon, lime, pepper, jerk seasoning, supermarket fish seasoning blends. Just cook it with whatever spice you want. If in doubt, just add butter.
