i'm also thinking about making chicken stock
was planning on using bones from chicken thighs with whatever meat i didn't cut off and some of the extra scraps of chicken skins. would include carrots, celery tops, onion w/ brown skin, and mushroom stems. and maybe a few bay leaves. + SALT
got any advice?

i'm considering buying this stock pot
chicken bones, skins, etc are frozen until i find a suitable stock pot. also, i will add them stems from cremini mushrooms since i don't like them in my coq au vin. btw my company gave me a voucher for anything so money doesn't matter with respect to the price. i think Rachel Ray has a cheaper stock pot but i don't know about its quality
