Flavor is the most important, but there are other factors.

>half-melted cheese
>cheese that IS melted is usually stuck to the foil
>all the toppings squeeze out the back and onto the table
>bun is always squished
>way too many condiments
>fries are usually overcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside
>$12+ for this mess
