I worked at ARIA (a pretty well know sydney fine dining restaurant) in 2008, I was a third year apprentice at the time. All the CDP's got to go on this day out but mine didn't want to go so I got to do it instead. It was like wine tasting and looking at truffle farms and shit. We were all pretty pissed by the time we got to the ostrich farm. We were talking shit to the farmer and somehow we came to the agreement that If I could kill an ostrich with my hands we'd get it for free. Well I'd grown up in a turkey farm and catching those fuckers was second nature for me, I didn't even use the gloves that the workers used. So me and two other guys cornered it and I rugby tackled it. Wasn't worth it though cause that fuckhead Stephan burnt it.
