Does anybody here have a barbacoa substitute? I've had real barbacoa at a friends family gatherings and taco trucks but buying a cows head and a smoker is not feasable right now for me. Is there another cut of beef I could use that would lend well to slow cooking and being extremely tender when finished? Barbacoa is even more tender than roasts when slow cooked, I need a face meat substitute.
