how do you decide if a cuisine is good or bad?
how many famous dishes you like/dislike?
variety?
uniqueness from other cuisines?

i have difficulty thinking of a cuisine i dislike - there are some thirdworld markets that look gross, but if they were cooking in a clean environment it might be strange stuff but i'd still want to try it.. of cuisines i know i could could order which ones are my favorites certainly, but i don't dislike the lower ranked ones.
