This is egusi pudding, i wouldve shared the recipe but too lazy to type. It’s egussi cooked in a little bit of tomato sauce then boiled in water and palm oil. Some people add okra and eat it with fufu, but i prefer it without. Eaten with fufu, rice, or pretty much anything honestly. In this pic the whitish thing are “Baton de manioc”, which is cassava powder boiled and made into sticks. Absolutely tasty
