I'm the op, I am Italian and you will probably shocked to know that chicken parmesan is an abomination that only you fat Americans would conceive. The only parmigiana in Italy is the eggplant one. Just like we have several kinds of pasta but not one with a fucking creamy chicken sauce in it called Alfredo. Or pizza with ranch sauce on it. Your Americans tastebuds are so fucked up it isn't even funny, I feel sorry for you.
