I think even the (((healthcare industry))) is beginning to question how negatively salt actually affects your health, and the new fad these days is "saturated fat good, carbs = evil"
Though for some reason nobody is ready to except that high protein, high fat, low carb burgers with plenty of electrolytes(for fasting later) are nutritionally exceptional because its MUH EBIL FAST FOOD!?!?!?
