It's estimated there are large portions of the population with undiagnosed iron, zinc, B3, B12 deficiencies.
The meat-form of vitamin A is far more effective in the body.
Eating more steak will do them some good.
Instead of the standard American junk food diet, that is.

Though not only relative to the standard American diet. Many people who eat restrictive diets of any kind -- as far as this thread is concerned, eg vegetarian -- will often find themselves with various nutrient deficiencies.

I went from vegetarian to eating a lot of red meat. And my performance in the gym dramatically improved and my physique too. This is with eating the same amount of protein and doing my best to hit all the micros according to cronometer.
My blood pressure, thyroid and insulin sensitivity also massively improved.
