what does raw milk taste like and why should i drink it

Hey /ck/, I'm a /fit/fag who recently relocated to idaho and have acquired a supply of delicious 100% grass fed raw milk, which is making my gains skyrocket and I want to take more advantage of this perfect food, so what are some good beginner things I can make with raw milk? Stuff like cheeses and yogurts are what I had in mind, but I'm open to any recipes that focus on raw milk
