Well, the modern generations of Americans (the kids I grew up with)... were obsessed with fads, popularity, and just general appearances. The popular kids at school were always the rich ones... and their parents would be the ones instigating the whole thing.

It's the fucking PARENTS that have a huge $3,000,000 house... and they buy the kid a brand new car... and they tell him to throw a huge party and invite the whole school. And obvious after that all the other dumbasses that are easily influence think "Wow, Tyler is so cool, did you go to his partty?"

In regular counties, we respect generous, humble, hard working, quiet people. In America they reward flash, cash, and ass.

It's the culture. So... when kids would make friends, they would ask me "Who aer you?" and i would say "Im Anon." And they would say "well, yeah we know your nam, gosh! but who ARE YOU? Craig is a vampire... his family are full of witches. Tyler is super rich... and his dad owns a dealership. And I'm Veronica... im a mut. I'm 1/16th cheroke, 1/1024 black, and im just SO interesting... you can LITERALLY talk to me forever. And never get bored.

americans are chronically tired and lazy. I would cook stew with what you described. Not a fucking microwave snack. It actually takes LESS equipment and LESS money to cook REAL food, dumb american. (he's complaining about like 4 appliances he has right tehre that are cooking.)

When i cooked at home i only had one thing - a boiling pot. I used it to boil water (kettle), i covered it to slow cook things (oven), i fried shit on its bottom (pan)...

it aint hard sucker. It's just SOOOO much easier to buy that big red box and throw it in the nuke.
