I just harvested some peppers from my garden and here was my yield:

~20 cayenne peppers
5 jalapeno peppers
1 bell pepper
9 banana peppers
4 habaneros

What are some ways I can use these up so they wont go bad? Also, after washing them is it best to leave them sitting out on the counter or putting them in the refrigerator?
