I used to be a dick like you but then our two best dishwashers kicked our ass in the middle of a massive rush and left the building, both never came back. We had to do the dishes all night until 2:30 am and take orders.
People don't think you're alpha, back then people would tell you that cooking was a job for sissies.
You're just being a dick to people who just want to go to work and be paid a meager wage to work in a food factory.
