>A few years ago, our master roaster came up with a blend that had crossed his mind: the aim was to obtain a coffee with a unique mouthfeel, highlighted by roundness, lightness and a hint of acidity. To achieve his goal to perfection, he decided to blend two unique origins that combine perfectly to make a delicious espresso: Salvador and Guatemala. To go even further in the imagination of a complex and aromatic coffee, we choose a 100% Arabica bourbon blend...

>What Merlot is to wine, red bourbon is to coffee, isn't it? El Salvador's red bourbon, grown in Las Mananitas, and Guatemala's red bourbon, grown in Huehuetenango, combine perfectly for a unique blend, with the liqueur of a good traditional wine. The same variety, different terroirs: the challenge lay in a complex roasting process that highlights the unique bourbon.

>While the 100% Arabica Bourbon coffee from El Salvador, from the Finca El Potala, has a very fruity profile, a lovely freshness and gourmet notes, the coffee from Guatemala, from the Huehuetenango region in the heart of the Mujeres farm, stands out for its gourmet flavour with lovely notes of green apple on the finish. These unique and very different aromas combine perfectly to create a unique cup.

Another scrumptious blend. Shot ratio was 1:1.6, found some caramel and honey notes balanced by moderate acidity. Mouthfeel is thicc and syrupy with a medium/medium plus, intrabuccal lasting tang.
Would unquestionably buy again.
