Didnt intend to, but i had some photos so i made a thing here.

I didn't take many photos of the end product, and now it is in the fridge. The only good one is the last picture in this thing.


What I did was as follows:

Brown rabbit meat in oil. Set aside.

Fry garlic, chilli, ginger, galangal and lemongrass for a while.

Add rabbit meat back in.

Add chicken stock, lime leaves and fish sauce.

Simmer for 2 hours.

Add Szichuan peppercorns, chinese cabbage, beansprouts and snowpeas. Simmer for another 10 minutes and it was served.

The original traditional Hmong recipe included squirrel meat, but i used rabbit instead as it is not possible to obtain squirrel in my country.
