Ive been playing with my flair signature and a C40 since the lockdown started, and its been a quite a few months since my first shitty cup of under extracted coffee and I think Im pulling pretty consistently decent shots these days . But now, I wanna upgrade because Im finding the signature brew head too small for my liking since Im only able to pull enough liquid gold to make 200 mls of long black or lattes. Its annoying because it takes me till my last few gulps of coffee to get an appreciation of the flavour profile and umami of a good quality bean which by then my cup is near empty and Im left feeling unsatisfied.

Should I invest in a Pro 2 brew head or wait a few months and get the gaggia classic or Robot with the pressure gauge? Is the Pro 2 brew head able to pull shots as great as a gaggia or a robot?
