I grilled up some burgers two nights ago. I made 4 half pound patties from 70/30 ground beef. The burgers were rather juicy and in my opinion just a tad under cooked. Personally I do not like seeing pink in my ground beef and I did see a small blush toward one side of the burger. It's been two days though and I haven't gotten sick so it must have been cooked enough to kill the bacteria. Anyway, it was still very good.
