I thought I took another picture before this one!

Unfortunately, I ended up called into the field today. Still, I had said that I would bring pastries to the party, even if I wouldn't be able to attend. Half of these were filled with vanilla and half were filled with chocolate. I tried to use a Bismark pastry tip to pipe in the custards, but they were so thick that I couldn't get it to pipe through the tip. Instead I just used the time to quickly punch a hole in the bottom of each pastry and then pipe in 20g of custard from the bag without a special tip. It took about 20 minutes to fill these guys, including me messing with the Bismark trying to get it to work. The chocolate custard was also a lot thicker than the vanilla custard since it was just half of the vanilla custard with a ganache added.

I ended up with 57 total pastries. 48 of them were filled with creme and 40 of them were delivered to the office fridge at 7:00 AM. I then sneaked out to my site for the rest of the day and shitposted on /v/ and /ck/ while the bigwigs and supervisors got to spend the rest of the day having a party on company time.
