though for black garlic im not sure that it has an offensive odor like the regular thing. that said i drink black coffee, smoke cigars and put red onion/garlic in all my food so if i do, and i probably do, smell awful i wouldn't know.

This is the most reasonable theory I've seen so far.

I'd never want to open a restaurant with the intent to make profit or have to manage having people work it.
But having my own bakery where I just make bread and sell it for the cost of the ingredients would be fun. No deserts or pastries or anything gay like that, just bread. And I'm open when I feel like it. Like once a week I just bake a bunch of bread and sell it for a quarter a loaf. I like baking bread but running a restaurant or business would be a headache.

Is cooking everything in a slow cooker a bad idea? I mostly like using it because I had standing over a stove and actively cooking stuff. I just want to turn something on and come back 3-4 hours later and have multiple meals. I usually cook enough to last me the week. So I only cook one time a week and it last for 1 week.

Are slow cookers considered not good cooking though? Like I will just dump brown rice, lean beef and frozen vegetables in, pour in some chicken broth and turn the bitch on. Pour in whatever seasonings I have too.
