Season everything
You can break down a chicken, or really any bird, in about 15 seconds when you get good at it.
You don't even notice burns after a while.
Use lemon juice to clean really dirty dishes.

It's really hit and miss. Some are good, some suck donkey dick. Some are reasonably priced and others are grossly over priced.

I will say this though, my local one is always clean and the people that work there are always friendly and attentive if you need help.
