I use cronometer every day, and I'll tell you even when I'm trying to make 100% my nutritional needs under caloric maximum, I hardly make room with fruit/vege

Today I only had 2 serves of vege, 1 fruit.
Here's my last 7 days
>2 vege, 0 fruit
>0 veg, 1 fruit
>are lentils a vegetable? 3 vege, 2 fruit
>3 vege, 0 fruit
>5 vege, 1 fruit
>0.5 vege, 1 fruit if you include the orange juice
>1 vege, 1 fruit

One big problem is the sugar intake. Just 2 bananas max my sugar to 120%, over my maximum recommended daily limit.
