spaghetti with 'deenz, best if fresh
i strongly suggest to add: garlic, pinenuts, olives and wild fennel
if you are in a hurry you can just quick-fry canned deenz and put just strained pasta on it, still quite good

you're kinda right however pasta with deenz ( "pasta con le sarde" usually served with wild fennel, olives, pinenuts and raisins) it's considered a "cucina povera" (poor cuisine) dish, not fine dining
