But, you have to keep in mind three things:
1. Heat. If you go too low, you will sweat the uni.
2. Seasoning. You don't need to season uni. If you do, it will draw out more fluids.
3. Male uni (sperm sacks) retain fluid better than female uni (egg producing organs). However, it is impssoble to tell the difference unless you taste test.

Cook on medium/high for only a short while. Don't season. Hope it's male uni.

This helps if you've experience dissolution of your uni before.

There are some people whose genes make orange (central asian) mangoes taste like soap.
The same gene, together with another gene, makes coriander and to some extent parsley taste like rancid grass mixed with fabric softener.

Sometimes you can't help it.

Favorite fruit: either Salak or Avocado.

Most hated fruit: green apples. I don't like them. I do enjoy red, pink and yellow apples.

Most don't care about fruit: yellow kiwis or dragonfruit. They are not disgusting, they're just super bland and boring - both of them.

Would like to try: Durian. Hoe can people consistently say it smells like rotten carcass popping out of sewage water and still also say it's beyond delicious it intrigues me like crazy.
