Other than the fact that it's raw it's perfectly edible.

Have you ever had ceviche? They serve it at some mexican restaurants. It's raw fish cured with lemon and mixed with cilantro onions peppers and tomatoes, on a tostada with hot sauce and ketchup on top.

I thought it would be nasty but it was actually quite delicious.
