It depends on your moka and coffee.

I usually grind slightly over the espresso range but for some coffees like pic related I go finer down to the espresso range (1.5.0 on JX Pro S), with this setting I’m close to choking the moka but as long as it works and the goffee tastes good I’m ok with it.
