/ck/ - Food & Cooking

I'll be traveling through the American Northwest / Northern Midwest for a couple of weeks, starting in Spokane and making my way through the Idaho panhandle, across Montana (Missoula, Butte, Bozeman, Billings) then South Dakota (Black Hills, Sioux Falls), into Minnesota and finally Wisconsin (Madison, Milwaukee). Will also be detouring into northwestern Wyoming as well.

Can /ck/ give me anywhere along my route I should be working in a stop to try a fresh steak or burger? I feel like this region is known for beef yet I'm having trouble nailing down specific locations. Or just general advice on eating in these regions would also be welcome.
