German here, usually I buy veggies, fruit and basic stuff like rice, beans and pasta at Lidl. Sometimes meat too, but mostly chicken (cant get chicken thighs anywhere else in my area).
For general meat and other stuff like coffee, spices and everything I can't get at lidl I pick up at Edeka.
Pic related, meat I got today for soup. Top one is oxtail, bottom is beef shank.

If anyone's interested I can post pics of some flyers of grocery stores around here.
