for food choices
>don't drink alcohol
>don't drink anything with calories (soda, juice) except for milk, in moderation
>don't eat fast food
>don't eat processed foods
>if you're a grazer/bored eater, don't buy shit you can graze on (for me, it's almonds)
>eat a lot of green vegetables like broccoli (i try to eat 1-2lbs daily), which will keep you full
>learn how to cook with different spices/seasonings so you don't get bored
wala. that's like 75% of most people's problems

/fit/ tourist here. Pic related should help

Weight loss is 90%+ what you eat. Exercising should be done to keep your body/heart healthy and fit, but it won't do much on the scale.
