Alright... well fuck. I guess i rendered about 15 pounds of fucking suet now.

I got a whole deep fryer full of tallow. Gonna let it cool down today so the junk settles to the bottom.... then pop out the whole chunk and scrape off the bottom.. thats how i did

and i got some ground beef and some phyllo dough.... gonna deep fry that first. then ill try to deep fry some mac and cheese.

I need to deep fry some fish too. But ill do that last in case it stink it up.
