Any wings fans in here?

Buffalo wings are probably my favourite food ever but they're not widely available in the UK like they are in the US where they're practically a staple. So I've resorted to making them myself at home.

I followed this recipe to a tee with the added step of brushing the wings over with my sauce halfway through cooking and they came out absolutely delicious.

Any other home wings cooks? Anything you do differently? Just making this thread is making me crave some.

Blue cheese or ranch with buffalo wings?

So, this dude at work claims to be the world's foremost authority on Buffalo Wings. He sez the original recipe was for baked wings, not deep fried. I think he's full of shit. Wikipedia seems to agree with me; Originals are deep fried, no batter. Frank's red Hot, and butter. What does /ck/ think?

I actually do have one OC that I'm willing to share.

I'm sure I'd change my mind about this if i was actually in the "last meal" situation, so I guess this is just a mix of favorite/always want.
