pro tips;
>hearty soups
>heart salads
>hearty stir-fry
>smoothies/shakes
>use stevia/aspartame/honey with discipline in club sodas (with fruit essence), coffee, teas, etc
>limit pasta, white rice and white bread
>eat ALL your daily caloric intake within a 7 hour window, 6 days a week
>may 85% of your diet be concentrated on the foods above, leaving processed/fast food treats on the 15% (recommending treats to 2 days a week)
>do burpees and push ups
>beginners should do 15 reps (of both workouts) per 30 minutes, 8 hours a day (rendering a count of 480 reps a day)
your life will improve -- then progress into light weights. the 7 hour window is that you have low insulin levels (minimizing spikes too) and enter lipolysis.
