blue steak is fun now and then but nearly raw meat doesn't hold that much flavor if done on the fly. Everything from blue to well done can be great its just a matter of how long you are willing to spend cooking it right.

Im a burger and these were standard fare at home growing up.
Now that I'm grown and poor when I make a soft boiled egg it doesn't make it to a plate I either spoon it all out while holding it or peel it and eat in two bites.
