How do people eat out/ eat fast food regularly?
Do you just not eat the rest of the day?
I'm a recovering fatass, lost over 125 lbs and I've been on a strict diet for about 8 months.
I see 1800+ calorie orders at burger shops, 1500+ calorie subs, 5000+ calorie pizzas, how the fuck does anyone regularly eat like this and not be fat?
Is the "fast metabolism" meme real and some people can just eat 3000 calories a day and have no negative results?
