My go-to on a busy weeknight is cooking vegetables in a pan on the stove. I cook meat or eggs in another pan. Wala. So savvy. What was this dumb bong buying before? Did she simply discover that lentils are cheaper than meat, and that buying little treats add up? Were they getting carryout all the time? Was she buying frozen premade foods?
