I'm glad I'm moving soon. While I love the area for it's wide array of nature stuff I fucking despise the hospitality. I enjoy visiting my family in norcal because of the coldness from the people in the area. You don't have to be as self conscious in those places because the people who live there have seen much much worse. I've stopped wearing that hat because I've had multiple people, from pizza delivery drivers to clerks at various second hand shops to people who just fucking see me out and about. I'm almost astonished at how much people fucking care about my fucking hat. They always mention how they're from LA or Sacremento or Eureka or Arcada or something. I fucking hate it so goddamn much.

Never had any kind of attention from women since but it really put me off the idea entirely.
