How long did it take you guys to get good at baking things? I want to be good at baking but I just fucked up my 3rd batch of croissants. It didn't even look or feel like the kinds you could buy for 5 bucks at the store. They tasted like shitty butter biscuits. I'm honestly pretty discouraged, they are a lot of work and cleaning flour from the work surface is a pain in the ass.
